Utopia!

This week we spoke about Utopias and Dystopias. I have two tasks for you to choose from and post in your blogs!

1) Choose a dystopian movie or book and write a paragraph about it.

2) Write a paragraph using "will", "won't", "will be able to" or "won't be able to" and talk about a utopian future. Check page 77 of your student book to see the meaning of "Utopia"!

There won't be classes at CTJ this Thrusday, so you have plenty of time to work on this! Students who complete this task (write a post + comment on someone's blog) will get a special prize.

Your homework is: WB pages 25 (grammar 3) and 27 (Vocabulary).

See you next week!

Homework for April 7th, 2014

Hi everyone!

Your homework for next Tuesday is to work on your blog and make a composition (Student Book page 40).

Your blog needs to:

1) Have a list of all your classmate's blogs!
2) Have a title with your name or something that is different from the other blogs.
3) Have an introductory post with more than 4 sentences. You need to post your name, age, something you like and something you dislike. You also need to post why you want to learn English!
4) Your blog needs to be all in English.

Every class I'll post your homework assignments in this blog. Also, every Thursday I'll post an assignment for you to post on your blog. Students will get prize points if they:

1) Post something in their blogs once a week
2) Comment on all the other classmate's blogs once a week

Students will not get the points if the posts are copied from the internet or if the comment is just "Cool!"

The prize points you'll collect can be exchanged for candy on the class after your test.

See you next week!
